Where is Here Comes The Hire based?

We are based in the pretty market town of Bishops Waltham in Hampshire, on the outskirts of Southampton. We largely cover the Hampshire and Dorset areas but can also work further afield on request. 

Where do I collect and Return items?

Collection and return is to our base in Bishops Waltham, Hampshire. A time for collection/return will be agreed prior to booking. Late charges may apply if items are not returned at agreed time.

Can my items be delivered?

In general we work on a collection and return basis, however delivery can often be arranged by discussion for an additional fee. Please let us know if you need this service. 

How long do I hire a product for?

In general for weekend hire we would expect pick up to be on the Friday and return on the Monday, however for weddings that aren't on a Saturday we can be flexible with this. For midweek hiring, as a standard we expect pick up the day before the event and return the day after. Alternative arrangements can be discussed where necessary. 

How do I Check Availability?

How do I pay for my hire?

We accept payment by bank transfer. 50% of the total hire cost is payable at the time of booking, with the rest payable on/before collection.

Do I need to pay a Security Deposit?

We do take a security deposit upon collection which is refunded as soon as the items are returned to us in a clean and acceptable condition. The value of the security deposit is based on your total hire cost and will be advised before booking.
